I've topped-up by accident what should I do?
if you have accidentally added credit to your account don't fret. simply get in contact and we can refund this. this is subject to our terms & conditions.
my QR code is blank. what's the issue?
your QR code may be blank for a few reasons. You must have a positive balance (1p or more) and not be using your account to travel on another device. mango has built in security mechanisms to prevent fraudulent activity. As such you cannot travel on two phones at any given time. If you have bought a new device and need to be able to travel immediately get in touch.
my auto top-up failed what's wrong?
please check that your card has not expired and there are funds available. you may select try all cards in the auto top-up setup prompt. this wil attempt to take payment firstly from your preferred card then any other card. this can be a good option to ensure your never without credit. We'll let you know if we've had to use a backup card
my fares not quite right. what should I do?
please contact the operator of the trip that has an incorrect fare. CRTS cannot help with fares as these are operator specific. they may contact CRTS if required to assist.
I have a problem with the app who do I speak to?
If you are able to use the app, please submit feedback from the account menu. This will come straight to us and allow us to investigate the issue as soon as possible. If you are unable to login to the app please use the contact us page and submit a request.
